▌2026年1-4月，山推非洲质量服务万里行全面落地，服务团队跨越布基纳法索、利比亚、刚果金、几内亚、加纳等30余个国家和地区，深入矿山、基建、林场、市政等一线场景，累计巡检山推全系超2000余台套设备，以专业服务践行“客户满意是我们的宗旨”，为非洲基建与资源开发保驾护航。

From January to April 2026, Shantui launched its Africa Overseas Customers Care Visit. Upholding "We aim at customers' satisfaction", the team covered over 30 African countries, inspecting 2,000+ equipment units at mines, infrastructure, forestry and municipal sites, delivering professional services to bolster Africa’s infrastructure and resource development.

▌本次行动由山推服务、业务、技术人员联合潍柴协同开展，坚持深入一线、精准服务。团队逐一巡检推土机、装载机、挖掘机、平地机、压路机等主力机型，为设备进行全面检测与专业维护，开展规范操作与日常保养指导，及时消除使用隐患，高效保障设备稳定运行，切实提升客户使用满意度。

Jointly organized by Shantui and Weichai, the campaign delivered targeted on-site services. The team inspected main models such as bulldozers, loaders, excavators, motor graders and road rollers, providing full inspection, professional maintenance and operation training. It eliminated potential faults, ensured stable equipment operation and improved customer satisfaction.

▌走访中，团队精准掌握非洲高温、多尘、重载等工况特点，系统收集客户关于散热优化、易损件强化、配件储备、工具配齐、现场巡检等一手建议，针对矿山耐磨、林区散热、道路重载等需求形成改进方向。同时开展规范操作与日常维保培训，引导客户科学保养，有效降低故障发生率，夯实设备长效运行基础。

The team analyzed Africa’s high-heat, dusty and heavy-duty conditions, collected customer feedback on heat dissipation, wear parts and parts supply, and worked out targeted product improvements. Maintenance training also cut failure rates and sustained long-term equipment operation.
