这一年，我们牢记总书记的殷殷嘱托，引领“五化”转型，夯实“5+1+1”现代化产业体系。稳中有进、进中提质，营业收入连续六年超千亿元，工程机械稳居全球前四，新能源商用车蝉联国内榜首，全系列新能源装载机问鼎单项冠军，徐工机械市值创历史新高，高质量发展成色更足。
Overthe past year, we focused on execution. We grew steadily while improving quality. Revenue exceeded RMB 100 billion for the sixth consecutive year. XCMG remained among the world’s top four construction machinery manufacturers. Our new energy commercial vehicles stayed No.1 in China, our electric loaders achieved leading positions, and XCMG Machinery reached a record market value. These results reflect disciplined management and long-term strategy.
以“敢为人先”的锐气，澎湃创新变革的引擎——
这一年，我们的管理变革再跃升，入选全国首批“领航级智能工厂”，斩获近五年来全国商用车融资领域第一大单……从“翻天覆地”到“脱胎换骨”，从智改数转网联到绿色转型，变革的魄力与创新的智慧交相辉映，锻造属于这个时代的新质生产力。
Wealso pushed forward management and digital transformation. XCMG was selected among the first batch of “Pioneering Smart Factories” in China, and secured the largest commercial vehicle financing deal nationwide in nearly five years. These steps strengthened our operational efficiency and long-term competitiveness.
以“海纳百川”的豪气，绘就开放共赢的画卷——
这一年，我们的全球化步伐坚实有力，海外收入再攀升、占比近半，斩获中国绿色矿山装备出口史上最大单，2000余名全球客户共襄第七届国际客户节盛举，与全球战略伙伴共叙可持续发展……从内蒙古伊敏矿到非洲西芒杜，从世界最大跨度斜拉桥到沙特未来城，我们的产品与服务遍及全球重大工程，“徐工方案”持续赢得世界信任。
Global expansion continued at a faster pace. Overseas revenue increased again and now accounts for nearly half of total revenue. We secured the largest export order in the history of China’s green mining equipment, welcomed more than 2,000 customers to the 7th XCMG International Customer Festival, and worked more closely with global partners on sustainability. XCMG products and services are now active in major projects around the world.
风劲潮涌，自当扬帆破浪；任重道远，更需策马扬鞭！
2026，我们不为昨日所限，不为远途所惧。加速智能制造夯实发展根基，致力科技创新践行产业报国，完善绿色装备诠释可持续发展，构筑人才体系支撑组织未来，深化国企改革释放发展活力。我们的每一次向上，不仅为抵达更高的山峰，更为向世界证明：有一种征程，始于徐工的创新实践；有一种担当，始终叫徐工的品牌力量。
