Shantui Janeoo L3B-2000 asphalt plant adopts a building block lap structure, and the primary and secondary dust removal is integrated above the drum, with compact layout, small footprint and convenient installation, which effectively guarantees that the installation cycle of the whole station is shortened by 5 to 10 days.

▌在沥青原材料计量方面，它采用双骨料秤平行计量，高精度粗精称沥青二次称量，保障配料速度的同时让计量更精准。配置高效免维护振动筛，也有效地保障了物料筛分效果。节能型干燥滚筒、大容量搅拌主机为物料搅拌提供保障，实现产能同比增加10至15%。

In terms of asphalt raw material measurement, it adopts double aggregate scale parallel measurement, high-precision coarse and fine asphalt secondary weighing, ensuring the batching speed and making the measurement more accurate. It is equipped with a high-efficiency maintenance-free vibrating screen, which also effectively guarantees the material screening effect. The energy-saving drying drum and large-capacity mixing host provide guarantee for material mixing, and the production capacity has increased by 10 to 15% year-on-year.
