GTK45S顶驱式液压凿岩机

我公司结合国内外需求，自主研发顶驱式液动回转凿岩机系列产品。

GTK45S采用模块化设计，三维建模、仿真计算。主要用于矿山、隧道、井下等钻爆破孔，具有钻进效率高，钻具损耗低、有使用寿命长、安装维修方便等特点。

冲击和回转：冲击和回转流量较低，特别适合国内传统潜孔钻机改顶驱钻机用。

钻孔：适合于各种岩石钻孔，钻直径76-102mm。

钻孔排渣:空压机，4-6.5m³/min,5-8kg/cm²;水30-40L/min, 8-10kg/cm²。

Demand of the Air Compressor or Waterfor Slag Removal: Air 4~6.5 m³(5-8kg/cm²),or water 30-40L/Min(8-10kg/cm²).

GTK45S是针对井下、隧道研发的凿岩机，也可以用在宣化和衢州潜孔钻机改顶驱液压凿岩机的产品，凿岩机系统需要的压力和流量（冲击65L/Min、回转60L/Min）可以和潜孔钻机无缝对接。本产品2020年研发，2021年始供市场，销售近40多台，质量趋于稳定。该凿岩机冲击功率16kW，冲击频率3,000bpm，重量185kg，钻进孔径76-102mm，适合12~20T挖掘机做挖改钻。
